Risk disclosure

Read this before you deposit anything. It is short, and every line of it is meant.

1. Your capital is at risk

Money you deposit is invested and can be lost. You may get back less than you put in, and in the worst case you may get back nothing at all. This is not a savings account and it is not protected by any deposit guarantee scheme.

2. Returns are not guaranteed

The daily rate is set by the operator for each rate cycle and can change. A published band describes what a rate may be, not what it will be. Past or advertised performance tells you nothing about future performance, and no figure anywhere on this site is a promise of income.

3. Referral earnings depend on other people

Generation income, rank incentives, salary and tour rewards are earned only if other people join, invest and stay active. You do not control any of that. Most participants in structures of this kind earn little or nothing from the referral side, and some earn nothing at all.

4. Your money is not instantly available

Income from a business can be withdrawn only after that business meets its tree requirement, which may never happen. Capital withdrawn before the published lock period carries a charge. Withdrawals are reviewed by hand and can take up to the published processing time, or longer if verification is outstanding.

5. Operational and crypto-specific risk

USDT transfers are irreversible. A transfer sent on the wrong network is lost permanently. The platform depends on third parties — a payment processor, a host, a blockchain — any of which can fail or be interrupted. A stablecoin can lose its peg.

6. Availability depends on where you are

Whether this product may lawfully be offered or bought in your country is a question of local law, and it is your responsibility as well as the operator's to consider it. If investment products with a referral compensation structure are restricted where you live, do not open an account.

7. Only invest what you can afford to lose

Do not deposit borrowed money, money you need for living costs, or money you would be unable to do without. Do not deposit on the strength of a promise made to you by the person who invited you. If you are unsure, take independent financial advice before you deposit.
