1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in the place you live. You may hold one account. Creating additional accounts to collect referral rewards more than once is a breach of these terms and forfeits those rewards.
2. Your account and its security
You are responsible for your password, your two-factor device and your recovery codes. We will never ask for any of them. Enable two-factor authentication: it is required before a withdrawal, and it is the only thing standing between a stolen password and your balance.
3. Deposits
Deposits are accepted in USDT on the networks listed on the payments page. Send only from a wallet you control, and only on the network shown with the deposit address. Funds sent on another network, or in another asset, cannot be recovered by us. A deposit is credited to your investment wallet once the network confirms it.
4. Packages and daily profit
Buying a package creates a business: one investment, with its own term and its own income wallet. Daily profit accrues at the rate published for the current rate cycle, within the band shown for that package. Rates are set by the operator for each cycle and are not promised in advance for any future cycle.
5. Referrals, the tree and rank rewards
A user is referred exactly once and that referrer never changes. Generation income, rank incentives, salary and tour rewards depend on the activity of other people, which neither you nor we control. Nothing in the compensation structure is a guaranteed payment.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are requested from the platform and reviewed by hand. The published minimum, fee and processing time apply. Income earned by a business can be withdrawn only once that business's tree requirement is met; investment capital carries no such requirement. Capital withdrawn before the published lock period carries the early-capital charge instead of the standard fee, never both.
7. Identity verification
We may require identity documents before processing a withdrawal, and may hold a withdrawal until verification completes. Documents are stored outside the public web root and are readable only by you and by authorised staff.
8. What is not allowed
Do not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or funds obtained unlawfully. Do not automate access, probe the platform for weaknesses, or misrepresent the product to people you refer. Promising anyone a guaranteed return in our name is a breach of these terms.
9. Suspension and closure
We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used in breach of these terms or unlawfully, and may hold pending withdrawals while we investigate. A suspended account earns no further referral or rank income for the period of suspension.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms and the platform configuration may change. Material changes are announced inside the platform. Continuing to use your account after a change means accepting it.
11. Limits of liability
We are not liable for losses caused by a network outage, a blockchain reorganisation, a transfer you sent to the wrong address or network, a compromise of your own device, or by market conditions. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
